Nearly an hour ago, a light 4.6-magnitude earthquake struck the Philippine Sea, 69 km southeast of Caburan, Davao Occidental, Philippines at a depth of 73km.

The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might be revised within the next few hours or minutes as seismologists review data and refine their calculations, or as other agencies issue their report.

This follows another earthquake of a 5.2-magnitude which struck east of Surigao City nearly 3 hours ago. Luckily there was no signifcant damage to infrastructure in both earthquakes.
