A fire erupted on the roof of the skycraper named “The Set,” a 44-story luxury apartment building in Manhattan’s Hudson Yards development around 11:30 am local time. The blaze sent plumes of dark smoke into the New York City skyline, with approximately 80 firefighters responding to the scene. The fire was brought under control within 40 minutes, and no injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is still unknown.
