A mass shooting incident has been reported on Kelly Avenue near 8th in Akron, Ohio. Reports from local sources indicate that at least 27 people have been shot at a block party, one fatally. The deceased person is a 27-year old man. Numerous eyewitnesses described the chaotic scenes, as people were fleeing from the shooter/s.

Multiple hospitals are on lockdown as a precautionary measure following the shooting. Authorities have demanded residents to stay away from the area.

The shooter/s have not been identified yet. Police investigation is ongoing. This is a developing story.
