Plane crashes in South Korea.

Local sources reported a plane crash at the Muan International Airport resulting in at least 28 dead. Local sources reported that the plane veered off a runway and subsequently crashed into a wall. The Jeju Air plane was carrying 75 passengers and six flight attendants and was flying back from Bangkok in Thailand. The accident happened when the plane was landing. The passengers on board consisted of 173 South Koreans and two Thais.

This comes days after an Azerbaijani plane crashed near Aktau, Kazakhstan, killing 179 people on board. it is believed that the death toll will increase. Several intelligence agencies pointed to a possible anti-aircraft missile led to the downing of the plane.

An investigation has been launched to determine the exact cause of the plane crash in South Korea, but local media are mentioning the possibility of birds crashing into the plane’s machinery.
