The UK authorities reported that a fire struck a four storey warehouse on Annison street at around 02.45am GMT.

The fire department, West Yorkshire Fire and Rescue Service, quickly responded to the fire, and deployed 14 fire engines to the scene. People living in nearby houses were evacuated, while people living far from the fire were told to keep their windows closed due to the thick smoke. The Bradford council also tweeted the closure of several roads while the fire is being tackled.

An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the fire.
