Three hours ago USGS reported that a 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck 39 miles southeast of Carlsbad, New Mexico, United States at a shallow depth of 7km. The European-Mediterranean Seismological Centre (EMSC) reported the quake at a magnitude of 3.9.
The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quakes might revised later on as seismologists review their data and calculations, or else as other agencies issue their report.
