Russian anti-submarine ship of the Northern Fleet reaches the Mediterranean Sea.

The Russian anti- submarine ship of the Northern Fleet Vice-Admiral Kulakov entered the Mediterranean Sea on Wednesday. The vessel which is travelling along with its support ships was last sighted in the English channel four days ago. As predicted by experts the vessel headed southwards of the English channel. This night the anti-submarine ship crossed the Strait of Gibraltar. It is expected to travel eastwards.
The Severomorsk-based military vessel left its main base on 28th June, where it was than spotted in the English Channel on August 14th. The vessel took part in the main naval parade in St. Petersburg. In the Mediterranean Sea, the military vessel is expected to operate with a group of other navy vessels, where it will than anchor in the Alboran Sea, where it will also resupply.
