Two explosions injure many in Bolivia.

On Monday, two fuel tank explosions were reported in the town of Camargo, in the department of Chuquisaca. The first explosion injured one woman, while the second explosion was a fuel tank explosion and injured 12 people. The wounded people suffered lacerations and burns and were rushed to the nearest hospitals. Their condition is so far unknown.

We presume that the explosion was caused by the gasoline and diesel fuel tanks that were inside the shed where the fire spread.

To extinguish the fire, a tanker from Tarija was brought in. An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the explosion. More details to follow.
