Computer glitch led to a false report of a 9.5-magnitude earthquake in Argentina.

Nearly an hour ago, a computer glitch caused a false report that a 9.5-magnitude earthquake struck Departamento de General Juan F. Quiroga, 62 km southwest of Chamical, La Rioja, Argentina at a depth of 649km.
As is expected, people flocked to the media in an attempt to find the damage caused by the earthquake, but quickly found out that it was a mistake by the reporting agency, INPRES.
