Minutes ago another earthquake struck the country of Philippines. The 4.9-magnitude earthquake struck Philippine Sea, 107 km southeast of Manay, Philippines at a shallow depth of 10km.
The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might still be changed again later on as seismologists review their data and calculations, or else as other agencies issue their own reports, but it is unlikely.
No significant damage is expected, but it is likelt that it was felt by a lot of people. Towns or cities where it could have been felt as weak shaking includes Tarragona (pop. 3,800) located 103 km from the epicenter, and Manay (pop. 20,300) 107 km away.
