A 5.5-magnitude earthquake struck just moments ago at 5.51am local time, 108km southeast of Mati, Philippines at a shallow depth of 10km.
As is usual, the exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might still be changed again later on as seismologists review their data and calculations, or else as other agencies issue their own reports, but it is unlikely.
The earthquake was most likely felt in a number of cities and towns located close to the epicenter. It was most likely felt in Bobon, San Ignacio, Tibanbang, Manay, Mati, Magugpo Poblacion, Panabo and Digos.
