Minutes ago a 4.0-magnitude earthquake struck the Adriatic Sea, 13km SSW of Ulcinj, Montenegro close to Albania at a depth of 10km.
The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might still be changed again later on as seismologists review their data and calculations, or else as other agencies issue their own reports, but it is unlikely.
Weak shaking was felt in several towns or cities close to the epicenter of the quake, but no infrastructural damage was reported.
