Local sources have reported that Houston police are currently in standoff with arson suspect in Houston, Texas. The suspect is possibly involved in the spring house fire. Thick black smoke is billowing from the house where he is hiding.

Update: The suspect, Pablo Patino exited the home and surrendered to police. Firefighters are continuing to battle the fire.
