Yesterday, a huge explosion has occured at a chemical factory in Houjie City, Dongguan Prefecture, China. Not much is known about the explosion and the chemical factory, but China has been plagued by a number of chemical explosions in recent years, mostly attributed to negligence of the workers.

The previous explosion occured on the 16th January 2023. The explosion killed two and injured 34 people.

No information about casualties or injuries has been reported yet.
