At least 14 civilians killed in Afghanistan in three provinces.

In three separate provinces, 14 civilians were killed as a result of terrorist attacks. A roadside bomb explosion in the outskirts of Ghazni city, Afghanistan killed four civilians and injured two others according to local police.
In the capital city, Kabul, unknown gunmen killed a university lecturer, four policemen policemen and a government employee in three separate incidents. Two other civilians were injured after they hit a roadside bomb in Kabul.
In Southern Kandahar province, four civilians were killed and three were injured yesterday when a roadside bomb exploded.
An investigation has been launched to determine the cause of the explosion and determine who put the bomb there. No group has claimed responsibility for the explosions or targeted assassinations but is either ISIS or Taliban. Recently, Afghanistan has seen a surge in explosions and targeted assassinations as the security situation in Afghanistan deteriorates fast.
