Minutes ago USGS reported that a 3.9-magnitude earthquake struck Denali Parish, 137 miles north of Alaska City, Anchorage, Alaska, USA at a depth of 105.7km.

The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might revised later on as seismologists review their data and calculations, or else as other agencies issue their report.

Based on preliminary data the earthquake was not felt that much mostly because it occurred at a great depth below the surface. It is most likely that it was felt by a small amount of people.
