Moments ago a bomb squad was called in for a second suspicious package in the same location in downtown Austin area, Texas in nearly 24 hours. Last Sunday, the bomb squad ruled the package as not a bomb and not a threat.

The second package was found in Monday afternoon in the same locatin as the previous one, in 400 block of West Third Street downtown, Austin, Texas. Parts of the downtown area has been evacuated.
