A huge fire led to an explosion near RAF Welford Base near Boxford, United Kingdom. A huge plume of smoke descended across the M4 highway. A number of emergency vehicles were sent to the site.

A number of motorists witnessed the fire and a number of explosions. Based on those that witnessed the explosion, the fire seem to have been rahing very close to the munitions depot. This is a developing story. More details to follow.
