Hydrogen explosion at Towanda manufacturing plant in Pennsylvania.

At around 9am emergency responders were called after a hydrogen explosion in Global Tungsten & Powders plant. Multiple people were reportedly injured but no casualties have been reported so far. Four of the victims were rushed to the nearby hospital, Towanda Memorial Hospital and one victim to Robert Packer. The victims had no serious injuries.
The company is located on Hawes Street, directly behind Guthrie Towanda Memorial Hospital. According to their website, the company “develops, manufactures and markets refractory metal powders such as tungsten, tungsten carbide, molybdenum, and cobalt,”.
