The raids seem to have taken place in the Turkish-occupied town of al-Humayrah around 35km west of Jarabulus. There was a heavy presence of drones in the area and US fighter jets entered the airspace over the Turkish-controlled areas but no airstrikes were reported. Some have reported that a US helicopter was hit by Turkish-backed militants.
