Overnight on Saturday, a large fire engulfed a number of buildings storing hazardous materials in the industrial and logistics complex in Haifa, Israel. It is not known what were the stored hazardous materials.

According to local sources, the fire detonated the hazardous contents in the buildings resulting in a number of explosions. Some of the explosions produced light-colored flames. Firefighters battled the huge flames and prevented it from spreading to other buildings.

No casualties were reported in the accident, but three people were rescued from nearby buildings.
