UAE reports 930 new COVID-19 cases.

On Thursday, United Arab Emirates reported 930 new COVID-19 cases and 5 deaths. It is the third highest daily number of cases since the pandemic began.
The health ministry of UAE asked the public to continue following social distancing rules and to avoid gatherings and people known to have the virus. Reports estimate that around 88% of the infections have been attributed to gatherings and mixing with people with the virus.
The number of coronavirus cases started to decrease after the peak of May, when 994 cases were reported. A new surge of cases was than reported on August 3rd, when 164 cases were identified.
The total number of cases since the pandemic began is now at 76,911 while the 398 succumbed to the virus.
