Qatar reports 140 new cases.

Qatar’s Ministry of Health reported 140 new coronavirus cases. No deaths were reported and 201 people recovered from the virus.
Out of the 140 new coronavirus cases, 105 of them were community cases while the rest were travellers coming back to Qatar. Over the past 24 hours, 22 COVID-19 patients were admitted to the hospital. Three have been transferred to the intensive care unit (ICU). A total of 21 COVID-19 patients are currently in the ICU.
COVID-19 restrictions in Qatar are being lifted slowly as the situation is under control and the number of cases seem to be decreasing. Regardless of this, authorities are warning everyone to keep following the basic COVID-19 rules which are; avoid crowded places, social distancing, wearing the face mask and washing hands often.
Since the pandemic began, Qatar reported a total of 141,417 cases and 242 deaths.
