Three killed after igniting ‘black powder substance’ in Illinois.

Three people have been reported been killed by an explosion after the ignition of a black powder substance on Thursday, 7.20pm. The explosion occured near Starved Rock State Park in North Illinois, 75 miles southwest of Chicago.
Soon after the explosion first responders headed to the scene where they found three dead males. The black powder is originally used to make fireworks, and it is a dangerous substance to handle.
No names of those died have been released yet, but authorities said that an autopsies on the victims have been planned.
