According to Sputnik news, on Friday a 17- passenger Antonov An-28 passenger plane went missing over the Bakcharsky district of the region of Tomsk in central Russia. It is believed that 13 passengers including four children were on board before the plane went missing.

Update: All passengers survived a hard landing, but the plane was badly damaged. All survivors were found by two helicopters that were dispatched to find the wreckage and any survivors.
