A light 4.7-magnitude earthquake hits South China.

The National Center for Seismology reported a 4.7-magnitude earthquake in South China, 736km N of Pangin, Arunachal Pradesh, India at a depth of 288.70km.

Since it just have occurred and reported the exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the quake might be changed again later on as seismologists review their data and calculations, or else as other agencies issue their own reports.

Towns or cities close to the epicenter most likely felt the light shaking. These include Naqqu Prefecture (Tibet) and Xining.
