A Korean tugboat, Kyoto 1 sank in Taiwan strait moments before it sent a distressed signal on April 7th between Penghu islands and western Taiwan coast, Taiwan Strait.

The tugboat was pushing a barge from Busan to Batam Indonesia. There were six crewmen on board. All of the crew are still missing.
