A drive-by shooting at 9.30pm took place in Garfield Park neighbourhood on Halloween night injuring 14 people, including three children. Chicago Police said that the three children were a 3-year old, 11-year old and a 13-year old. The rest of the victims were adults and their age ranged from 30-50. One of the victim was also struck by a car.
The Chicago Fire Department said that they sent 10 ambulances to the scene. The shooting which took a few seconds was caught on video and police are currently investigating. The Chicago Police Superintendent David Brown said that there seems to have been at least two shooters. The video apparently also showed the shooters shooting indiscriminately. They are still on the run. This is a developing story.
