On Monday, Oman reported 256 new coronavirus cases bringing the total number of cases to 87,328. Six new deaths were also reported bringing the total death toll to 734.

Oman’s Health Ministry urged all their citizens to adhere to social distancing rules and mask wearing to curb the spread of the virus.

Oman will reopen its airports from October 1st. Oman number of coronavirus cases has decreased drastically compared to July levels, when there were more than 1000 cases a day.
