A 3.7-magnitude earthquake strikes north of Alaska.

A 3.7-magnitude earthquake just struck Denali Parish, 161 miles north of Alaska City, Anchorage, Alaska, USA at a dhallow depth of 16.5km.

The exact magnitude, epicenter, and depth of the earthquake might be revised in the next few hours as seismologists review their data. Based on preliminary data it is believed that the earthquake have not caused a lot of damage.

Nearby towns or cities might have felt a weak shaking.

Update: 3 minutes later another earthquake of 3.2-magnitude struck the same area.
