The commander of the recruiting office in Irkutsk Oblast, Russia was shot dead by a man that refused to be drafted in the Ukrainian war. Footage circulating in Twitter shows a young man named Ruslan Zinin entering the the recruiting office and shooting the commander.

The man was apprehended immediately. Before the shooting he shouted that nooone in the recruiting office will go to war and that everyone should go home.
