Three people injured in an explosion in an explosion at Warren County Home, New Jersey,USA.

On Tuesday, an explosion at a home in Washington Township, New Jersey, USA, left three people injured.

The explosion took place at around 1.34pm in a home in 10300 block of Wilmington Road in Washington Township. It is believed that the explosion took place while a company was installing a geothermal system. The flash explosion which took place in the basement immediately caused a fire which spread to the main level of the home.

Firefighters were quickly deployed to the area and was quickly extinguished. All the injured were all Jackson Geothermal workers. One of them suffered severe burns and had to be flown to Miami Valley Hospital. Another was taken to Clinton Memorial Hospital for non-severe burns, and the third one refused treatment.

Luckily, the family residing at home were not injured in the explosion or fire that ensued. More details to follow.
